That goal is infuriating. But it was a sublime goal. Looked in play to me. Obviously we won’t know about the penalty til we see it. Our lack of subs is just ridiculous tho. You’re allowed 5. They’re blowing. It’s both terrible game management and terrible squad management
Yeh def not a pen on Diallo and I’m pretty sure that ball stayed in. Looks like the edge of the ball would have still be over some of the line. Can’t legislate for that even if it was out. We’ve invited this. FWIW I think the ref has been excellent today. We’ve let ourselves down and shouldn’t be looking to blame the ref
Def not a pen.. Diallo soft as ****e. Ball looked very much out of play for the cross, so officials can be blamed given how close he was to the ball.
I feel really sorry for many of the players. They’re blowing and probably looking at the bench and saying “help us boss”. But he’s paralysed
definitely not clearly out of play. None of it was physically touching the line but it doesn’t need to. Like I say it doesn’t matter. Can’t blame it for being missed.
