Nigel Pearson is a ****ing legend.

If he goes there's a real chance I'm going to ****ing cry.

I like the way he's not a 'rent-a-quote' manager. I like the way he gives **** questions short shrift. I like the way he has thoroughly and very methodically turned the squad into a very exciting, youth driven unit on limited funds.

There's a lot of fans out there who've never got over Phil Brown, and never given Pearson a chance. I hope they're ****ing proud if they force him out.

He can do what Brown did, I think he could even go further, but because people get uppity about his remarks and don't back him, we may never see it.

He might well go, and then we'll get that dwarf **** Billy Davies or Aidy ****ing Boothroyd. Watch us drop then. It'll be really ****. I'm pissed off that this has grown and grown, it's starting to look dodgy, and it's ****ed me right off.

I suggest those "hurt" and distressed City fans take a reality check on NP. He isnt a media darling, he simply wants to get on with his job and gets irritiated with stupid pointless questions on irrelevant subjects.
This is taken from a Leicester newspaper website when asked about the job. . .

Pearson then bristled at being asked about the City post. "I've got no control over what happens anywhere else and I'm not interested in talking about anything outside of us," said the Hull City manager. "I just find it a bit irritating if I'm honest, you know what I'm like. So I suggest we close it there

    That's what I thought.

His response to hearing that the City fans wanted him to stay seemed to come across as "like **** they do."

Burnsey has taken a lot of stick, but it's his job to ask questions. No one wants Pearson to change who he is and be a media Luvvie, but did he expect Burnsey not to touch on a topic that's making the nationals?

I think if we accept Leicester's approach then he'll go but if we turn it down he'll stay, he doesn't seem like the sort of guy to kick up a fuss

Or sort of like that girlfriend who's not cheating on you but you keep asking her about what's going on everytime she's out on a night out with other guys around and someone tells you she was dancing with one of them. Eventually she just thinks **** it, if he doesn't trust me I'll get together with someone else who does.

I really don't understand some of the digs at Nige, or the whinging about him and the media. Just listened to the interview on BBC, and he spoke about the game, you know, football, and how he thinks the team is doing, and what we need to do, he even laughed. Burnsy asks him about Leicester and he tells him no approach has been made, and hes not interested in discussing it, he expects the club to do that, so Burnsy follows up his with the same question again more or less, claiming to be on the side of the fans, which surely is a fooking joke.

Just in case anyone misses this:

    1. Hes not aware of any approach to the club for him
    2. He doesnt expect any approach

I know some of you little precious darlings seem to need him to say *NO IM NOT GOING TO LIECESTER* but he just isnt going to say that, he doesnt give a ****e about this sort of conjecture, and imo rightly so. Why give it any substance? Amazes me people read crap on the internet and say OMG ITS TRUE. Get a grip ffs.

Since he's joined us, we've experiences an amazing turnaround. We got beat by a ****ing goalie today, who really, if he played like that for England, we'd be world champions. WH were a cynical, bus parking bunch of ****ers, but are very VERY good at defending and have a much better squad than anyone else in the Championship. We are lucky to have him with us, and if you think he should go, I despair at the mentality you're displaying, and wish you'd sod off to some other team because you clearly do not have the best interests of Hull at heart.

Some key quotes from his interview:

"Did we deserve to lose the two games we've played? Probably not.

"We get back to working hard for the next game because the division is still pretty tight.

"As far as I am concerned, my job is my job and I do it as best I can and I will always do that.

"So I am now not going to turn it around the other way. You will have to ask the club if they have had an approach but I don't think they have.

"My job is to do this job as well as I can and if that changes then you'll know from the club, you won't hear it from me."

I think there are more fans want him to stay then go. He does know the true fans appreciate him cos they show it at away games. No matter what anyone sticking up for his interview style says though it was definitely like he was sticking two fingers up to the supporters, bad mood or not it was out of order and although we don't expect him to be too enthusiastic about us at least he could have said something other than the sneering remark he made.

City approached Leicester to talk to NP and he left. Boot's on the other foot now. I'm sick of the speculation and I'm sure he is too. Yes he could handle media better but I'd rather have a manager who puts football first rather than some media savy clown.

If Leicester want him they will have to pay. If City want to keep him , who knows perhaps we may want to improve his contract? If NP makes a statement rejecting any interest he kisses a possible better contract goodbye...

Yes there are some dopes who call Blunderside. This evening I called and tried to make that point. Not sure if I got my point over but we'd been talking about this pre match and came to the conclusion should NP reject something thats not even been offered. He's correct when he says ,, "talk to the club" he is a club employee and I believe a club asset like any other player.

City played well on Tuesday and better today and got nothing. They were poor v Watford and Forest and took six points..

I hope the club reject any possible offer if it comes next week and we continue to improve..

Fingers crossed NP stays and completes the great job he has started

people go on about him and ther media, saying they like it he doesnt cause a fuss etc, and usually use brownie as an example saying therre glad hes not like him, well hes worse!!
he attracts the same attention locally, but just in a different way, in fact i dont remember any of brownies local radio interviews been debated like this!, nationally thats different of course, but just talking locally....
people say they like his sensisble approach, well look at the fuss he causes by being a cock!
so, no we dont want a media darlng, or him to tell us he loves us!.....ideally, youd have somebody somewhere in the middle , somebody who doesnt sing on the pitch, but who is capable of talking to other people like humans and not something on the bottom of there shoe!.

He's just not bothered if people speculate. He doesn't want to answer question he doesn't have to. And if this alters your feelings on him, guess what, he doesn't care!

my post was his initial reaction to the fans, not the fact he declined to comment on the job or anything in the slightest, just the reaction when burnsey said the fans love him. the "oh, thats's right is it" attitude was shocking
