i didn’t say that someone wasn’t able to, just I’m not sure who would take it now. Young coach like Southgate or an older guy on way out. Would prefer a young coach. Relate to players, keep squad harmony and bild on the brilliant work Southgate has done.
I know mate...that's why I mentioned scapegoating. Personally think Hoddle hung him out to dry. Appalling man management
Henderson was the obvious change you dunce. It's **** all to do with him playing for your lot, it just needed to happen, at that time. Never actually happened though, obvs. Southgate took Saka and Foden off. We lost.
Southgate’s done ok. But it’s time for a change and fresh ideas. This squad is talented and need a more energised manager. Southgate is to nice. The players are good enough to win something. Just not under him. Against the top sides at the big stages he always fluffs his lines. P.S Kane also drops to deep for England and we therefore never have s focus point.
That last point was a problem last night. We got ourselves in promising positions and he’s stood in the midfield or the wing. It was fine margins for us last night, but I felt Southgate made too many errors last night. Mount and Sterling coming on was the last thing that was required. At least I have 10 days of no football until I see the mighty saints pump Lincoln
Oh well, didn't wanna win it anyway. Don't even like football much tbh. Not gonna fill in my wallchart now til after the final. That'll show 'em.
