Oh Virgil… nice height for the keeper. Hope it’s not the decisive one that

He's usually a lot better at penalties than that. Maybe tired? A lot of football in a short space of time and over 130mins of constant defending against a very good attacking team.

Hope we don't suffer the backlash

I guess France have won the world cup now. :(

The only plus side is that Tchoumeni will be signing with Rice, Bellingham, Mount, Gakpo and Fernandez in January

I know hindsight, but surely when searching for a goal you get Walker off the pitch for TAA? **** defending against mbappe, let rice go across and cover.

Get TAA, Maddison, Grealish on. Players can deliver a cross or free kick in TAA and Maddison and Grealish who might win some dangerous free kicks.

Overall Mbappe was kept quiet fairly well.

Problem was however the rest of the French team got on with the game without him.

This whole Southgate is the most successful manager since Ramsay in 1966. Sorry in what way is he the most successful? He’s as successful as Roy, fat Sam, Sven, Capello, Mcclaren, venebles, hoddle etc… in that he has won precisely nothing in charge of England.

Unless we think a semi final is a success in which case that maybe explains why we don’t win anything.

Reckon Brazil saw this tournament as a success? Or Spain? Or Holland?

That also means he's failed
