Agree with most but the referee being absolutely shocking has nothing to do with winning a World Cup but it has a heck of a lot to do with losing one.
Took the reigning world champions to the last kick of the game. Had the better chances. Opponents’ goal not disallowed, stonewall penalty not given, another penalty missed. I don’t think we can blame Southgate or the team for that. France are reigning World Champions and will go on to win this World Cup. Valiant defeat isn’t winning. But the lads can hold their heads high.
I have witnessed years of ****housery, but never to the levels seen at this world cup by the officials but then again they are appointed by FIFA
Southgates failure to make the correct changes at the correct time cost the country once again. I along with most knew they'd lose the minute they came up against a side that isn't absolutely devoid of any good players

Im hearing some fans moaning about decisions but I care to spare a thought for Denmark who England cheated out of a semi final in extra time not long ago. Sorry but England fans lost that card that day when they justified getting the cheat and win.
