Not really deserved to go in behind on the basis of play, moment of magic from a player none of us expected to produce as such.
I don’t think it was a pen on Kane on the basis the foul was made outside the box, an inch forward though and surely it’s given(?).
Bellingham and Henderson not doing enough for me, both also losing possession a fair bit, also not got Foden anywhere near enough in the game.

Why is Foden not running at the defence? Just seems like the players are being too cautious. No urgency. I think France (particularly their defence) are being shown a bit too much respect.
We've played well. Can't fault Gareth or the lads. If our heads don't drop we're absolutely still in this.
Ref is honestly bent as ****ing anything. It's not an excuse as I think this game is still there for the taking for us and we've got enough about us to come through this but it has to be said just how bad he is.

I don’t think he’s had it enough to do so to be fair but equally he could do more to be involved. Saka’s caused them a number of problems on the other flank but just lacked that final pass or shot, I think there could be a goal in it for him or Kane though if we get it right/ have a bit of luck.
Need Bellingham to play like he done against Iran/ Senegal too, if he finds that form then we could do some serious damage once he finds any of the front three.
