I know it is painful watching Ramos and Gakpo light up the biggest tournament in football, but I'm thinking it is a pretty good indication that the scouting network SR have in place is bloody good! I know they wern't exactly unheard of, but still, if we continue to identify such talents (and then actually sign them!) then we will be laughing. Got to take the positives.

What happened with the Ramos deal again? I know Gakpo had his head turned by Man Utd and turned us and Leeds down in favour of waiting and going directly to a big club. But I’ve forgotten what happened with Ramos!
It would seem that he also decided to stay since he didn’t go anywhere despite links with saints , wolves and Newcastle I think it might have been that they raised the price late on One or both
