Just wondering, i live at home with my mum and her bf, i've lived there since i was born. i pay rent, go to uni and i have a pt/ft job, past few years hes been a dick, creating arguments out of nothing. I pay for my own food aswell. Last sat we had a fight in which he attacked me 1st. I've been living at my gf grans for the past week and moved back home today. To recieve a text from my mums bf telling to leave and when i've packed leave the keys. I'm not going i've done nothing wrong, he causes everything and it ****s me off how he thinks its me. What rights do i have of staying.

Why do you want to stay?
If you're constantly clashing with him, then it might be better for all of you if you move out.

Expect some extremely helpful answers on here, by the way.

If I were you I'd buy a baseball bat, go round to the house, give your maw a good hiding and bum rape her boyfriend.

Step-parents are total arseholes, they're nice to start with then become complete pricks. Your mum should be sticking up for you not her boyfriend. Whose home is it? Your mums or his?
Id take MaHatMaBunnet's advice and buy a baseball bat and do the c*nt over. I f*ckin hate step-parents especially my own

problem solved <ok> spray the shovel head with the WD40 (it prevents dna sticking to it) give the bf a flake of the back of it, and if you are using a new shovel it'll also be sharp enough to cut his head off while hes lying spark out from the earlier blow :bandit:

tbh, i think from this your mum has to learn herself what he is like, he obviously wants to get it out of his head that you are your mums son. It will will tough for you, harsh for your mum to start with but until she realises what he is doing the pressure will not disappear. I hope it goes well for you, if you do have the choice of going somewhere else to stay, even temporarily(spelling?) without feeling like the spare part, do that because your mum will NEVER want to lose you even if you have to stay away for some time. Your uni work shouldnt suffer, you are the one in this situation with the brighter future!

depends what your rows are about really
after all you are not going to say how much of a **** you are to him are you?

But when it boils down to it, you could make your mum choose between you and either way some one gets hurt.
If he is good to her then maybe you need to look to move on. You will at some point anyway so why break up a a good relationship?

or man up and ask him what his problem is/are. He may be 'pushing' you out of jealousy or simply because he might think your a lazy git

Punch the face off him and let him know who is in charge. Why is this even an issue?

    I agree with TFWNN, shockingly.

WD40's not going to prevent DNA sticking to a spade head, by the way.
Blood spray can go absolutely everywhere.

I assumed that he intended to dump the body and keep the spade, though that does seem a little bit cheap, thinking about it! <laugh>
