Deepest condolences to the Allam family. Left a fine legacy in his adopted city and put his own money down to buy Hull City when others looked the other way.
I hope some respect is shown.

As has been said many times, could and should have been so different. But he did heck of a lot of good for Hull & ER. RIP.

RIP Assem, respect his business achievements, local philanthropy and appointment of Steve Bruce, his big mistake was never dropping the Hull Tigers nonsense.

RIP Assem, thanks for the best and most successful years I've seen at our club. But more importantly thanks for the money you have pumped into the city that has had such a positive impact on people who are suffering illnesses and has certainly given families more time together then what they would have had and the families that it will help and support for years to come

    Thank you

It’s fair to say he had a journey many of us have never touched. RIP Assem

He certainly contributed to the city, and the city is much better for it.

Football wise, as he admitted himself 'I don't know anything about football', that said in his formative years of owning Hull City we enjoyed remarkable success; I certainly never thought I would see The Tigers playing in an FA Cup Final, or Beijing for that, great memories. He did however shoot himself in the foot on more than one occasion, all of which somewhat undermined what could have been an absolute belter of a legacy, to one which overall still remains positive.

    Condolences to his family.
