It's just another human beings interpretation of the laws of the game, there will always be a fair chance of disagreement. That's a massive part of what makes football so exciting....play on, foul, offside, onside, great tackle, penalty or no pen.....it needs decisions quickly to keep the pace and excitement to it. Thats what makes it great for fans and VAR is killing it.
