The BBC & Guardian are just twisting the numbers to claim that England is not a Christian country anymore. I don't practice but consider myself Christian, our laws public holidays were based on Christianity. If you are a Marxist pro Islam , pro ***s pro Satanist or Jewish Godless self loathing lefty then numbers of people identifying as Christian is a win. It's still over 40% with Islam about 6% so we are still a majority Christian country outnumbering the Muslims by about 7/1 which is still horrendous.

From 90 % plus white English in the 1970s to 37% in 2021, it's actually much lower than that because most foreigners and illegals don't fill out the census form. Something happened in 1997 to accelerate the demographic replacement and the Tory scum just exacerbated it . London for over a thousand years was a homogeneous English capital city it's now unrecognisable from the 70s.

Yes because they shared many of our values and language. There's probably less Irish and Jamaicans in London now than the 70s.
