Yeh the rivalry between England and Argentina in the knockouts is like one of the games of any WC.

I think we could beat both but given the way Southgate stifles our play, we'd probably be like rabbits in headlights against France going full pelt. But against Argentina playing the slower game I can see us doing just enough to win.

Have to get past Senegal first though.

 

Very little to fear in this tournament bar France. If we can’t beat Senegal without Mane comfortably we don’t deserve to be anywhere near the later rounds anyway.

 

We have the real Rashford, France have the fake Rashford. We win all day long.

 

Going to watch BB2 Australia v Denmark 3pm, as France (on BBC1) are through anyway.

Would've been brilliant if Danes had equalised. Just for the fun of it. Thinking one of them are through, but then they're not.

 

Group C at 7pm and anyone could go through technically in that group...

 

Really hoping for a cliff hanger here where every position is changing with the scoreline right up to final whistle.
