Just realised I've been paying Spotify premium from two different bank accounts, via the same PayPal account, within a week of each other, since March 2020.

So what's that, £330 overpayment for actual **** sake.

My eldest seemingly 'accidentally' upgraded to premium and Spotify/PayPal allowed this without him having to confirm my password.

****er.

We could have had Spotify premium duo for 'only' the extra £4 a month.

Had a notification today and thought, hold in, I only paid them last week. After two and a half ****ing years I notice!

 

If you've been paying the same monthly premium twice for exactly the same spotify account via DD, you can claim the money back through your bank, it's part of the Direct Debit guarantee.

Not sure how that works for Paypal though.
