I think we've got a very good squad but we're lacking at CB still and it'll cost us at some point against the better sides. We were also light in midfield a bit but Bellingham is a game changer there and key to us doing anything beyond decent at this tournament.

It's definitely an open tournament this year and I don't think there's one outstanding team but I still reckon it'll be Argentina or Brazil.

For all his faults, Maguire looks the real deal for England. Trust me, I watch him for United and he just looks so much more self-assured for England. Fck knows what it is, but there's a real difference.

It's because we play quite defensively which he's much more suited to than a modern high line/every style which exposes him badly. He's still a disaster waiting to happen at times though and gets caught square far too often for the highest level imo.

I don't paticularly rate Stones that highly either tbh, at least not without a top cb alongside him.
