To be fair, the result is the main thing and not the performance. It was solid but nothing more than that. I still feel we need a player or two up top in January, just to push us over the line!

Truth is, its up to us to keep getting points, while clearly not on our best form. Pleased for Burgess total rock at back and glad that Spanish's lover boy Harness scored! Would like to see Ahadme given more game time now.

Very professional display - great result, solid performance against a decent mid-table side. Thought there was a risk for dropped points, but our away record has been brilliant so far.

What a joy it is to watch the Town this season eh?

Just to add that it was great to see Burgess back in and he is very tough to beat and gets all his headers in, in spite of his mask! He brings a balance to backline.

Capt Morsy played well today and produced some lovely through balls and almost set up a couple of goals. He plays well with Humphreys, a good foil for him. Davis was ok but like others, not convinced by the Harness Chaplin pairing. But, Harness did get us the 3 pts! I am sure with Ahadme & Camara to come on, we will soon be back to our flowing best. I am not too worried about Burns, perhaps not at his fluent sparky best but he manages to get his crosses in, and gets back to help out too.

All in all, an important 3 pts, clean sheet, a very professional job away from home against an in form team which had taken points of our rivals. Finally, nice to see our defense more organised and Exeter posed no real threat.

I thought we were a class above them today and if we had really got some pace in the game we would have scored more, however Chaplin, Burns, and even Harness for long periods achieved very little.
It was good to see Gas get a few minutes and KVY came on for Davis and played well, in fact KVY stopped the crosses coming in from Citys right more effectively than Davis who is better at getting forward, so a comfortable win but could have been so much more.

Funny how different people see the game, seen loads of people giving Harness MoM but i thought he was poor as others have also said on here. Some said he was outstanding which shocked me<laugh><laugh>

Its now 10 points between us and 4th place its just a shame Shrewsbury couldnt do us a favour, i hope those dropped away points dont come back to haunt us later.

It's easy to forget the dross we've suffered in years gone by.I wouldn't have picked out particular players from today's performance to say they particularly bad or MoM.I was impressed with Morsey,Humphries and Burgess. The rest I would say all contributed to a performance that keeps us on course.

And we have yet to play Sheffield home, that will be some game.

I only hope game-changers like Sone Aluko will be back sometime soon. We miss him.

Ladapo is doing the numbers, there’s no question on that.

Not a fan of Harness either. Edwards looks much the better player in every aspect.

The last time I looked Plymouth were winning so I just found out they dropped points. I think they will have a minor dip between now and the New Year and drop to third but Sheffield Wednesday will keep at it and may overtake us. COYB.
