Sounds like his head is screwed on right and his attitude is spot on. If he comes back from injury and bangs a ton of goals in, and then a Prem team were after him then of course I would be sad to see him go, but he has given us everything. His time at the club has been mutually beneficial and as long as he left in the right way (taking a look at you Neil) then I am certain he would get a warm reception from us anytime he returned.

I think if it’s clear we’re gonna make a push towards the PL next season, I think he’ll sign a new contract. Whereas, if we finish mid-table despite his goals, and it looks like we’ll still be rebuilding in the championship next season too, I think he’ll be off. Great Player tho. I remember thinking that I had to just try and peel into a bit of space. It was funny because I’d missed a good chance with a header just at the start of second half and I remember thinking, you don’t get too many of them in a game like this." SHOOT! I really worry about Brentford now Toney looks like he might be banned. They will need a focal point striker and he both fits their model and their style of play.

I hope so too... but its just my opinion but we are putting a lot of hope in promise rather than fact. 20 goals more by the end of the season would answer a lot more questions.

The latest gossip i have heard, from the window cleaner, so it must be true! Stewart is on £1,700 pw and his been offered £15,000 and will sign, but our owner KLD will not agree to it.
Wouldn’t surprise me if I’m honest. Not the first time KLD’s ambition has been questioned. I’d be giving him whatever he wants.
