Yeah it’s a minefield and you saw what happened in Zimbabwe when Mugabe tried to give back lands and farms to blacks who had them stolen by white colonialists. You can’t go back into the fog of prehistory and try and put it all back to how it was. The world has moved on since then. That said, huge swathes of indigenous people have been disenfranchised and plunged into poverty around the world from western nations plundering their natural resources and stealing their land. Aboriginals are treated like second class citizens in their own country. Native Americans are largely un represented in mainstream US and confined to small reserves and Nigeria’s oil has been syphoned off to make Shell and the UK rich instead. Almost impossible to unravel all of that now.

One of the things I believe should be done especially with small groups of indigenous people is that they are treated very well and exempt from certain taxes and maybe even paid an allowance. It would recognise the historical wrong doing and even though it could never make amends it's the least that could be done.
So, we giving Australia and New Zealand back, and rehoming all the whitey and immigants into those countries, back here? Grand idea.
