Yeah had croques but don't know how they are made so just made it up, worked well.

Roasted red pepper soup with chipotle paste.
First time I've used chipotle and it's feckin delicious.
It got blended after that last photo.

 

You can buy dried chipotle chillis from Amazon, even better than the paste.
