I was also wondering how it meant to been shot purely from a 1st person camera perspective then you get corridor video footage of the guy being through about by some entity.Add in the fact that they locked the door from the start...not really necessary given there was a fair chance of lots of things going wrong.

Getting somewhat cynical but it was still decent watch when you realise it couldnt have cost much to make.

 

The lock the door thing comes from the actaul show "Ghost Adventures" where before every hunt they get "locked down" to show that they don't leave and are in the house,saintarium, hospital, etc. Ya I thought it was really good, suspenseful, etc. The door slamming, window opening, the weird hand print on the window, boy getting thrown down the stairs. Then it went where the ghosts all started coming out on eby one. I liked that every time they fell asleep something new happened ( the black hands from the wall were ****ed!).

Not bad though.

 

Tropic Thunder is a good laugh as well.

Ep10 of The Wire watched. Who's gonna watch out for Bubsy?

 

anyone looking for a scary/funny film should watch "The Lost Boys" and "Beetlejuice" - not really full on horrors but both classic films

It was a great episode, gutted that character has gone.

 

Don't worry - You still haven't met a lot of the main characters

 

I'm worried about Bubsy, he's one of my favs.

Certain comments I can't really reply to... Don't worry about Bubs at the moment though. Bubs is class and his story evolves into a really touching bit of TV.

 

But what about The Rockford Files?

 

There's no way he's going to make it though 5 series though. Don't want you to tell me but I'm 99% certain that he's fu*cked.

This is not a spoiler just my opinion.

Bubsy, the drug addict with a heart of gold will fight against his addiction, relapse a couple of times be given chance after chance by his sister, eventually he will overcome his addictions build his relationship with his sister and child and save someone from their drug addiction and be an all round saint and proof that you cab turn your life around.

He will then be shot in the back of the head.

 

Wrong

 

I'm glad, it's not your typical show so I would hope for more than my stereotypical plot.

 

Some plots go the obvious way, although most don't. Expect the unexpected.....

 

I watched Thor with the kids last night, it was actually pretty good.

I rekon I'm going to start watching The Wire when I've finished with True Blood - do you recommend it Luv ? Either The Wire, Dexter, Sopronos or Game of thrones next.

 

Thor was pretty decent. I thought Captain America wasn't too bad either, looking forward to the Avengers, apparently the Hulk is a baddie and Lou Ferrigno is playing him? That guy that did the original 70s tv show?

Personally, I'd recommend watching Game of Thrones in March 2012 just before season 2 starts.
