Indeed, and when the Army were sent into the PPE stockpile they found unopened boxes. The whole thing had been administered very poorly. However, that's someone in the NHS's job. Someone would have been paid good money to do it and was accountable for the state of it, and highlighting deficiencies.
So there was nobody managing the PPE stockpile? That was solely Hunt and then Hancock's personal responsibility? You're essentially saying that the first person in the government with any kind of accountability is the secretary of state. No wonder they bully people. I would too in that situation.
I reckon the lad deserves an answer. He seems to get a rough deal on here and I reckon a lot of the time unreasonably. He must feel like those who spoke with Gavin williamson eh.
TBF he always uses a response like 'Oh, so no other PM in history ever made a mistake?' ... ... as if that means Johnson isn't a lying, cheating hypocrite who couldn't care less about the public. He should actually be a politician tbh, never answers a direct question with a direct answer and has more deflections than a pinball machine And no one has ever suggested he slit his throat and jumped out of a window.

I guess everybody has met that person... The Pub Bore... everyone moves away from him but he keeps trying to join in, ie even the bar staff move to the other end, busy stacking selves etc. He knows everything has been there and got the tee shirt and must tell you all about it. Its kind of sad really, but if you just express the tiniest bit of interest in what he is saying... you are trapped...you have been caught in his web.
