Evening all - just a fleeting visit as I am off out to bandit country for a few. It's one of Little Miss W_Y's mates 21st birthday, so going along for a few beers and a bit of a wind up - she's a nice girl for a scummer..:undecided:

Evening All, been busy again today, hardly had time to get the corkscrew serviced in readiness for tomorrows game.

Barry my nephew also suffers, but after years of trying different forms of medications at differing strengths, they finally got it right. He now is the proud owner of a driving licence. Hope they can get yours under control.

My uncle is also epileptic and apart from a seizure almost 2 years ago where he to hand his licence over for a year, he's been driving for about 25 years. About 10 years ago, I did get as far as learning to drive and took my theory test. Failed it, and 4 days before the resit had fits. I haven't gone long enough without fits since to re-start. Another couple of years and my eldest will be old enough to drive and I was hoping to get there before him but it's looking unlikely now.

Evening all. Well I made it to Leeds and immediately made sure everyone knew what the plan will be for 5.20 tomorrow. Sorted :). We were accompanied on the M1 by loads of firework displays, some of them spectacular, only the Tomato soup was missing! It was lovely. I'll catch up on more tomorrow hopefully. Going to bed now, I'm knackered! Night lovelies. See you tomorrow sometime :)

Morning all from very soggy Leeds. Thanks for the caramel latte Ak :).

No idea what we're doing today but I know I'll be in front of the telly for the game!

Morning All, Very mild but a mizzle in rural France. I need some fixings so will have to get a move on otherwise they will be shut for lunch.

Still no news from SLB, I do hope that he is ok.

Hope you enjoyed the M1 H - did you give me a wave as you went past Bandit Country? I have the opposite problem with my iMac, it tries to correct words like scummers (it puts in scammers).

Frenchie it is worrying. Only good thing is he did say he was tied up with work and to keep posting. But not like him to not drop in a word. As you say fingers crossed.

Here in Hampshire overcast but dry for bonfire night. Our village event is always good. Good fireworks, bonfire and a final laser show. No chance of any stake burning tonight in France, Iceland or Norway I suppose?

It was a lovely Autumn morning in bandit country first thing, heavy mist and dew on the grass, leaves coming off the trees - it is probably my favourite time of year. We have our village firework display tonight, but with us on the telly, I will probably stay clear...I might end up trying to set fire to a few scummers.

It is a concern that SLB has not posted anywhere for ages - I hope all is OK for him.

w_y, I presume that you're not going to set fire to Little Miss W_Ys friend who has just turned 21 - you said that she's OK.
I echo everyone's comment about SLB.

The M1 was a pleasure as always. The traffic lightened just past nottingham but the fireworks made the journey far more fun. Hopefully it will be much easier early tomorrow morning! Obviously I have you a wave and you should have seen it coz we weren't going fast at that point ;).

Ah yes, my phone does that too, hugely frustrating!

Echoing all the thoughts re SLB but just hoping his last message is still relevant.
