Hope to goodness I'm on the right day this time! Finding this Cheltenham meetng difficult but tried to find a couple of runners at decent prices. Here goes: 13:45 Sole Pretender Irish contender with pretty fair Chase form. 12/1 best price at time of writiing. 14:20 Ga Law Ran a good race at Aintree 20-days ago after a 603-day break. 13/2 best price at time of writing. Top Chase jockey, Jonathan Burke, rides for the Jamie Snowden yard. E/W on each and E/W double. Best of luck today folks, and enjoy the afternoon's fare.
Cheltenham not really getting the Forum’s juices flowing it seems ….. big handicaps, a couple of Grade 2 novice events and a fine mares bumper to finish with. What more could one want?
Absolutely. Loves good ground so I am sure they will use him sparingly over the winter. I'd have no qualms about him being put away for the spring to be honest - he is a very professional jumper already.
Coole Cody is a big price at his beloved Cheltenham. Galahad Quest is a big price too - should go well at 16s.
Thank you. Yes, it was the never-say-die attitude of horse and rider that won the day. Most of the race he looked far from being the eventual winner. Ga Law, however, is game as a pebble and just kept plugging away. Not an easy ride at all. Compliments to Jonathan Burke, and to trainer Jamie Snowden who never lost faith in the horse.
