Andy and Kirsty have over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and Andy may well be known by locals having previously operated The Admiral in nearby Hessle, .They are talking about Cross Keys on the corner of Endike lane and Beverley road hardly nearby .

    2. Kingswood and the one that is not actually in Bilton but East Hull. More like Longhill than Bilton.
    The boundary starts near Asda.

As its HDM, they probably still think the one on Princes Dock St is open.

'bunk off' isn't 'twag' in those HDM learn to speak 'ull lists they pump out every week?

It isn't a HDM article, it's a central article published in all of Reach's local rags today.

That explains it, generic click bait instead of a local paper for local people then.

If this is about that glass ceiling program on tv last night I thought the bloke in question barely had a Hull accent. If we hadn't been told I'd never have guessed.

In the context of the tv program some people will think that, sadly.

They printed an apology yesterday for using a picture which they said was of Anyika Onuora, it was in fact a picture of Christine Ohuruogu. The only surprise is that they didn't use a picture of Christine Hamilton. :emoticon-0100-smile

    My Granddad’s pub (drinker there
, not landlord) and remember going round to meet him there loads of times when I was little.
    Sad it’s gone

I was in it twice in the weeks before I heard it was closing.

So I did my bit! (considering I don’t live in Cott)
