Championship table is a bit like PL table this year, everyone jammed in on the same number of points or thereabouts in the bottom half. Season is still too early to see which way it goes for them, couple of wins and they're back in a promotion hunt

 

If their next handful of games goes the same way as their last ones then they'll be dragged right into it. The bottom of the table looks like this:



West Brom are probably on the rise (they shouldn't be down there and have improve since Bruce left) and Huddersfield have done enough to seem like they can get out of it. Blackpool, Wigan and Bristol have looked very poor recently though. Don't think Sunderland are going down but it's an impossible league to predict really.

 

I checked before I typed that mate, I just think that specifically Blackpool will save them.

But the Championship is arguably the most exciting league in Britain so anything can happen.

 

They where talking up automatic promotion only 6 weeks ago. The form book says otherwise now.

 

I agree. But a couple of losses and panic.

This was us about 8 games ago. The critical tipping point of our season was the Fulham game.

We just went from strength to strength. And confidence plays a massive part.

Nah, it wasn't like. Different kettle of fish. We'd lost once and played well a good few time's where we never got the result. Yes we failed to breakdown a resilient Bournemouth and Palace but it was a learning curve as to how things will become. Teams sitting deep trying to ****house us rather than the other way around.

 

There was no chance of that tbh. Squad of theirs is tiny and young, I honestly don't know where they will go or what the end game is tbh. They seem to have a bit more money than they did a few years ago but not anything to write home about; certainly nothing spectacular compared to other Championship sides.

Too big to be in league 1 though.

Madness that Portsmouth are down there too.

 

Long game, hope we jet propel into the stratosphere and then hope a poor relation of the Saudi's want's to jump on the back of them jumping on the back of us.
