... well I have danced the dance already ... the quadruple heart by-pass might just give Duggie the edge
... had some 'fun times' there back in the day ... especially the fookers that gathered on that mound on the approach ...
Two worst places I've ever been, Wolves and Port Vale have no desire to go to either again. Albeit I've never been to MK but that's more out of protest.
I went to Port Vale a while back for a cup game The toilet was a four sided gulley with out a roof The police asked us if we were carrying any drugs, when we said no they replied that's a ****ing shame we need something to keep us going for the next few hours A once in a lifetime experience
My dad took me there for a crucial relegation six pointer when I was 8/9. We lost 2-0 then everyone went mental as we were kept in but it was announced Bury lost so survival was still in our hands. Kicked off after big time circa 98/99. Awful town.
Upon reflection I think Luton outdo both of those grounds/teams Edit Commiserations to all Southampton fans, Nathan Jones!!!!!!!!!!!, Colin ****er would have been better
While I dislike Jones, objectively I think it’s a poor appointment. Luton have play in a very specific way and he’s a good fit for that. Unless they start banging it long to Che Adams he’ll likely be out of his depth. Bloke is an absolute **** and can’t see bigger egos being impressed with him.
So after Charlton, the Gills are the closest thing to a London participation in the last 16 of the Carabou? ... now where's that Mummies of London thread again? ... think it needs a bump
