I don't think any of us realised the mass changes he'd make. Was I surprised? Where is our ambition? We haven't got any but have to stay up and sod the cups is the motto. Why is it one or the other, why cannot we do both? As I said on my blog, the Revie team had 11 players, only one sub, played on mud baths for pitches and with heavy footballs. How come they could challenge for everything and today's can't?,

If you mean Qatar’s rules as a country, what they say is anyone who visits should abide by their rules, and anyone who wants to live there should accept their culture - or stay away.

I've just been reading Marsch's tweet about the game and the amount who say the league is more important makes me want to scream. I know people have different opinions which is fine but when did it all change? Cup games used to be the chance to progress and possibly get into Europe.

Interesting as I’d always assumed the same as Eire but it makes sense now it’s pointed out

 

Only team to number it wouldn't have changed after 7, would be 16, as the game hadn't been played, when numbers were allocated.
