Update on the ninja. Steam baked the large chicken in just 40 minutes, temp probe cutting time as internal temp was spot on. Skin just a little under, so maybe not use temp probe next time. dropped spuds in to roast after chicken. We’re decent, but needs some more practice with it.
have binned an old slow cooker and a dangerous stove top pressure cooker and replaced with this. Time will tell if it’s a worthwhile purchase.
We currently have a stockpot and a juicer, neither of which have been used this century iirc. **** knows what they're still doing taking up room in a small kitchen...
