Something can’t be more accurate, it’s either accurate or it isn’t
Season......Position. 2015/16.....18 2016/17.....17 2017/18.....11 2018/19.....08 2019/20.....12 2020/21.....19 2021/22.....17 Not a very great history there and 4 managers involved making it.
11th 8th and 12th was what I would say was comfortable..... At the moment I'd say we are twitching with a hint of a squeaky bum...
can agree with that ........... but maybe we should wait till end of February have up dated last 10 games comparison v 20/21 &21/22 not a good read funny how we did so well with the 2 coach's though!
Had we picked up points we’d still be mid table, even if we’d won our last game we’d be mid table, if you don’t pick up points, especially with the table being so tight , you’ll drop down the league.
The point is we’ve dropped down the table because we’ve not picked up points. It’s not rocket science!!
He’s been crap recently, gone back to blasting shots over the bar. He seemed to move on from that before his injury. Also doesn’t seem as motivated either, maybe not confident his injury won’t return?
Nigel Pearson opens up on pressures of the job after Bristol City's damaging defeat to Lincoln The Robins have won two games in their last 13 matches and have dropped to 20th in the Championship https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport...s/nigel-pearson-bristol-city-pressure-7800325 * When asked if he's feeling the pressure, Pearson responded: "Me? There’s pressure all the time, of course, there is. But if you’re asking me, do I worry about it? Of course, I don’t. No. * "We’ve had good chances what we haven’t done is taken them and unfortunately, we need to strengthen the squad in defensive areas it’s as simple as that," he added.
No, because we didn’t play in the league last night which gave the teams below us to catch up.. not rocket science, just fact..
Let's see the reaction against Watford who must be long odds on to win comfortably. With a long break for the ridiculous World Cup we may finally see Kalas and Naismith back and more importantly Vyner left in the dressing room. Pearson was sold a poisoned chalice and for that alone he deserves longer. Candidates out of a job will be incredibly reluctant to take the BCFC job. They'll be thinking if Pearson can't fix it who the bloody hell can, such was the mire Ashton and Johnson left the club in. Ps Junior's at it again, 5 defeats from his last 6 games...........but ffs.........this time it's in a Pub league.
Semenyo needs constant coaching imo.. Not sure he’s getting it correctly. Half the time I’m not sure what position he’s playing, either he’s there to create or he’s there as a striker.. he needs to realise his team mates around him.. drops far too deep imo and trying to create his own chances and trying to score at the same time.. He’s a good player but other teams know how to deal with him.. Not having the joy he had before his injury, needs to work out his game..
