We have and will play worse and win games. What was an unbelievable first 15 games or so is still a good first 20. Still somehow sixth.

Thought he was going to be a player a few years ago. He must be nearing retirement now.

I always remember a game from when I was a young girl..
Home to Leeds, they took an early lead and we battered them but never scored

    Tonight was the same.

Their second goal was a complete fluke, but Seny should not have been where he was.

The ref was bad, the sh@thousery atrocious

But the players gave everything. Chair was trying too hard,, but what else was he supposed to do with 8 defenders in the box and with Dykes and Bonne smothered.

Richards had 3 shots , 2 absolutely beauties, after he came on...can see what Beale sees in him.

We need to sort out our set piece defending

We need to sort out our corners

    We need johanssen back

    We need a break

    Bet we win at Coventry

We know all teams time waste but that was off the scale shenanigans tonight, something has to be done. Huddersfield might have deserved something for their resolute defending but ultimately their cheating got them a fair way towards the finish line as well. Not that I'm bitter if course.

After nigh on fifty years of following the R's, I've come to expect it Col. I deal with it by treating it as like watching a film called 'Carry On Rangers.' It eases the pain and I get to chuckle like Sid James when these episodes happen. ( I must admit, that I didn't expect it to fall this low so soon though. )

I think Shodipo's career lies elsewhere, sadly. I really wanted him to grow and do well. Richards looked okay when he came on though.

    Shodipo’s career lies in Poundland.

A bit strong singling Dykes out. How many poor crosses were there? How ineffectual was Willock? How poor was Albert? Thirty-six goal attempts, but only six on target.

Shodipo’s the guy in your office who wears the right suits, says the right things when the boss is about but the rest of the time is absolutely bang average (while earning over the crust wages). Time to cut loose. Well over the time to cut loose!

Think this is the last year of a ludicrously long contract we put him on when he showed a glimpse of being decent. To think he and Hamelainen started the season.

Trust me. We'll never get another game this season where we get 36 attempts at goal, BUT we'll score more goals with much fewer shots. That's a lock!

Someone down at HQ needs to get the lads' heads on the game, both in defence and attack.
We really need a win to give them a lift. Once we get that, we'll surely reboot our season.
I know, easier said than done.

Harsh but fair, he's a league 1 or league 2 player. Still a chance to make it with us?

Only if we go down. He’s 25 now so isn’t likely to get much better. Probably has enough about him to play league football but he’s a rabbit in the headlights in this league IMO.

Sadly, you're probably right. He's obviously not on much money or he wouldn't be with us.

Think he and Hamalainen will be on crazy money relatively speaking given when they signed up. £3k-£4k per week probably.

Only just seen replay of their goal. I thought it was a fluked cross or something but to be fair he was going for it. Still lucky as most of those won't go in.

    Onwards.

Jesus ! I find it hard to guess footballer's wages down the the lower leagues and what they earn but to earning at least twice that of a nurse ( or a paramedic ... Stainsey ) even when you're not playing is astounding.
