Are Jaffa Cakes biscuits or crisps? Has this been sorted yet?

KP are now owned by Intersnack, that make hula hoops and monster munch.

 

And Brannigan's, Skips, McCoy's, Discos, Royster's, Space Raiders, Nik Naks, Frisps, Wheat Chrunchies and Phileas Fogg iirc

 

That's alright then. As long as you don't think they're cakes.

If I was on GB Bake Off I'd make a tower out of Jaffa Cakes supported inbetween with beef flavoured Hula Hoops and covered all over with a shortcrust pastry. Just the thought of it makes me tingle all over.

To be fair to be fair, I believe Tayto sold the first flavoured crisps, got there just ahead of Walkers.

...which is why I only buy traditional British Ready Salted.

 

I'm quite fond of the Walkers ones myself.

When I was a kid in the 90s I only remember having Walkers, Salt and Shake and in the school tuck shop they sold Snaps.
