When Conte keeps picking Sessegnon and Emerson we’re closer to playing with 9, bro. He’s lost the plot persisting with those two.

Four English teams are waiting to discover their fate in Monday's Champions League draw. Tottenham, Manchester City and Chelsea will all be seeded, while Liverpool are hoping to avoid one of the big teams. Seeded: Bayern Munich, Benfica, CHELSEA, MANCHESTER CITY, Napoli, Porto, Real Madrid, TOTTENHAM. Unseeded: AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Club Bruges, Eintracht Frankfurt, Inter Milan, Leipzig, LIVERPOOL, Paris St-Germain. Chelsea, City and Spurs will face one of AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Club Bruges, Eintracht Frankfurt, Inter Milan, Leipzig and Paris St-Germain - except the team who finished second in their group (Milan for Chelsea, Dortmund for City and Frankfurt for Spurs). Liverpool can only be drawn against Bayern Munich, Benfica, Porto or Real Madrid - since three of the eight seeded teams are English and Napoli won their group.

Been confirmed now. Felt like a long time coming, he seemingly managed to go on a little run just when you thought “time’s up”, not this time though. Wonder who’ll they target.
Heard a rumour about the guy from Luton Town. If Brucey had managed Portsmouth I would have said that he would apply but he hasn't so he won't. Would Stevie G fancy something new so quick?
Jones could be a shout if they think he can step up. Can’t see anyone in the Prem touching Gerrard at the moment though. Think he needs to either head down a division or join someone like Klopp in the backroom team and build experience like that. Clearly ain’t cut out for the top tier in football just yet. I wonder if they’d try an ambitious move for Poch? Not sure he’d definitely be interested in a return but he done well when there previously and might fancy building on that if given the right incentives.
Sean Dyche? Think Poch has outgrown Saints and would leave as soon as a better project became available I think.
Dyche could be a shout. Solid if unspectacular. Yeah you’re right he probably has but sometimes sentiment can play a part in decision making. It’s very doubtful but if the Saints board wanted to appease and excite fans then it could be a masterstroke. Not sure what they’re like financially though in terms of offering Poch a lucrative contract plus funds for windows.
Honestly didn't think they were all that bad until we scored our second, then they sorta just disintegrated. We score the second against run of play and the third only a minute after, felt everyone even the home fans gave up and it was over.
It’s more about their position I think and the fact that for the last few seasons they’ve just been a “meh” team under Hassenhuttl. Often survive relegation with a month or so to go then just go on holiday. Never seems to be any ambition from them.
Libby said they spent a lot of money in the summer so I thought they'd be better. I can't remember if I said they'd be relegated this season or last season, I tend to always say Southampton will be relegated and they also pull away by the skin of their bollocks.
Think I predicted it this season to be honest. They signed a couple decent young players in the summer to be fair but I think if you take JWP out there’s barely any player teams in the top half would look twice at right now.
They spent on yoof. Don’t think they’re a bad side necessarily but not a lot up front when they had Broja last season. Anyone can get battered by Newcastle.
