off to see him in a week, might not bring that up. Not condoning that in the slightest but if you do any kinda digging on most of the people mentioned you’re going to find some nasty stuff. I have stopped seeing a musician I used to go to because he was found to be mentally abusive to his wife.

Oh Jon Oliver’s show is the only thing on tv that is a must watch, not a sitcom but he’s funny in amongst the serious stuff.

Yeah you’re right for sure, it’s just with Thomas I really saw him as a man of principle and a mix of being a campaigner and not just a comedian.
The affairs I could allow for...the gagging of his wife less so.
He just seems a bit tainted now for me.......thanks a lot Beth :(

Yes brass eye was brilliant, most of what Morris touches is. Four lions is one of my favourite films.

Anyone remember tv offal? That had some great moments

Its ok, when you mentioned Richard Pryor he was probably thinking of Lenny Henry…he has a tendency to do that sort of thing.

Rising damp and the superb Leonard Rossitor. Some mothers do Ave em lol, imagine the insurance these days for Crawford doing all his own stunts, not that health and safety would let him do any ! How times have changed, and not necessarily for the better in my opinion.
