Toon fan here. I've got little insight into the merits of Ralph. All I'd say is that we won by better finishing - we took the few chances that we got.

We've got a mean defence and you guys had a young defence today.

I have reluctantly changed my vote to out. I'm gutted as I loved his passion and commitment to the cause and had enjoyed the stability but I think now is the time, change it up, get some new signings in after the World Cup and hope to get that new manager bounce!

Really wanted it to work out for Ralph, he did wonders for us during the dark days but it's not working this season for multiple reasons. Other managers have acted like absolute snakes and Ralph was different, but maybe that doesn't work so well in football!

If it was to happen tonight, I suppose it would say a lot that it comes on the second anniversary of Ralph taking us top of the PL with a home win vs Newcastle.
