I did not here any negative comments before the game started about the line up or the coaching staff. We played badly today and lost by a single goal. Ba and Neil will be back, but conclusively proved to-day that they are not ready to form a midfield partnership, without Evans we are imbalanced and have no real cover, this is a key weakness, and will be resolved in January. calling for TM to be sacked is as infantile, as it is predictable. OaU.

People (myself included) were happy with Ba getting an opportunity. Our fans have been singing the praises of Amad in recent weeks. Sometimes things go wrong. The manager made mistakes, the players underperformed. But as a fan base we've gone from self proclaimed world class fans for singing all game at Huddersfield, to booing the players, leaving early and some calling for the managers head in the space of 3 days.

I agree with you that the balance in midfield is off. What we need is someone in their prime, but I don't think we'll spend the money on that. Evans is critical in there every game at the moment.

I am not calling for his head.

I just said Neil accrued more points and I thought the team played with more intention and impact.

We look weak under Mowbray.
Funnily enough, wouldn’t be overly surprised if Neil was out of a job at the end of the season

Don’t think it’s pathetic mate as he’s not the person to take us further, as I’ve said it’s all about peoples personal opinions and just because yours is different it doesn’t mean it’s pathetic. Bump this when he is sacked for being ****e as he will be before the end of season as I’m just hoping he goes soon to give us a good chance of finishing in a good position if we get the right man in for the job
who would you like to see in charge then Comfy as i thought all the good ones were taken, could be wrong though

Giving anyone 13 games and making a definitive opinion is pathetic in my opinion. Some teams take years to build. Mowbray didn't even have a pre-season and our star player was out after his first game.

What do you think is an acceptable return this season by the way? We're currently 13th. Is that so far beneath what we should expect that someone should be sacked?

I watched on the stream, and although there are times in other matches we have poor spells, and the Boro game we were intimidated by the occasion, Im sorry but today for the first 60 minutes we were abject. I'll call Mowbray out for that one, and I agree with those who believe we have gone backwards under him. We had no energy, nor enthusiasm. Our passing and midfield especially was woeful. Simms was a spectator and looked liked he really wasn't interested. Tactics and team selection wrong. Experienced players at this level are crucial (especially where they play pivotal roles) so no Evans nor Pritchard was IMHO a schoolboy error that TM should never have made in a million years.

Lifting today. They pressed hard and forced us into errors and we just never seemed to get going. I thought the penna save might be a catalyst for us but it didn't happen. A little perplexed not to see changes at HT and then inevitably after another sloppy pass we conceded. We huffed and puffed but never really looked like scoring.

this is why i hate it when we lose, fair criticism of the players and manager is acceptable, going completely bat sh1t crazy on players (one who has been putting in pretty much MotM performances) and the manager (he was not first name on the list for the majority of supporters but he is here and still gets my backing)

patto's penalty save apart, there was plenty of second half 'huff and puff' but today was one of those to forget and move on, if it becomes a habit then we seriously need to, and are entitled to, ask questions about the management and staff.

To be honest mate I don’t know as I’m only a hgv driver but if I was in speakman shoes I’m sure I would have a portfolio on managers that are either out of work or looking for another challenge. Surely there’s better out there than Mowbray and as for the argument of having 12 games without our star striker as a reason they have been many a better manager lasted shorter than that at clubs, cloughie springs to mind

I wasn’t talking about you mate I was on about we are supposed to be a hite nearly every match upto half time until we come out better in the second half and then it’s all forgotten, there is some right moaning buggers on here who forget where we’ve come from and how young they are, they get experience from s hite matches like this.

Fair enough mate. This team is a joy to watch 90% of the time. Even when the result doesn't got there way they usually do themselves and the club proud. Which is a long way away from the decade before!

This isn't me going off on one after a defeat, I've seen plenty, but what's getting a bit annoying in the ground is as soon as someone is pissed off (rightly so at times), the "Huh, short memories some of these" comments start. Noticed it a few weeks ago around me as i sit near the stairs, last home game and today. Its OK to question the football being served up at times, same way it's OK to heap praise on the team when they play well, or even after a defeat but have played well. At times it's odd when people happy clap with rose tinted glasses on and question anyone with a bit concern. It's all about opinions. Always has been.

That's the problem as I see it. <ok>

I was bobbing along quite happy with the team until today,it put a damper on it for me, but i know we can bounce back from it, for me the jury's out on sacking give him a few more games as 13th is canny, and i wasn't expecting a mid table

My personal opinion is that he is ****e, I didn’t want him but I kept my feelings to myself when he was unveiled. He’s not for me a person to take us further and as for expectation I want us just to stay in this division but I think we will struggle to with Mowbray in charge. As for decision making I think it’ll be pathetic not to sack him in my opinion, no doubt we’ll see what will happen to him and I just hope we don’t wait until late in the season when we are struggling and give someone an impossible job to save us. If he was such a good manager Blackburn wouldn’t have let his contract run out.

If he was such a bad manager, Blackburn wouldn't have kept him for 5 seasons.

If we sack him today, what position are you expecting the team the finish in? We're 13th, but you're talking about us possibly being in an "impossible position to be saved" as if we're cut adrift at the bottom.

The only time I’ve seen happy clappers on here is when we were in the premiership, I got shot down when I said I would prefer to throw half bricks at the useless bastards than stay and clap them off,

it's good to hear comments from the heart , i wasn't ower chuffed with his appointment at first, but was prepared to give him a chance, and truth be know i still am, but won't be if we start to slide
