    Horrendous.

Absolute disgrace. Tony Mowbray should have a word. To leave that first half with the same system and players for the second half until they scored.

    Disgrace.

I think the we need reminding that we have just getting promoted and the majority of the teams are better than us. There will be more days like this.

This for me also, thought he was the wrong choice but I kept stum and give him a chance, this result is entirely on him. He now needs to go as the players have gone backwards since he’s took over, it’s not working so let’s get someone in with his own back room staff as I also think the likes of proctor aren’t up to it either

Not happy at all with that performance, all involved (including Mowbray) need a good look at themselves! First half the midfield went gun ho with no shape allowing Cardiff to carve through us and how we went in level god only knows! Second half it needed shaking up and for me Mowbray waited too long before putting the experienced heads on then it was too late. We huffed and puffed at times, Cardiff had done their homework and stopped Clarke and Roberts from playing but I think we played into their hands today.

That was absolutely pathetic. The way they managed to play keep ball during time added on and kill 3 or 4 minutes just summed us up, we couldn't even get near them then. Not a single outfield player deserves any credit today. That level of effort is unacceptable.

Patterson - 7/10. Is growing ever more into his role and is proving to be a solid Championship keeper. That's the only thing I can say that is remotely positive.

Think we all realise that but we can also read a game where the personnel needs tweaking with subs, the manager that has 20 plus years in management couldn’t see what the problem that everyone else seen in that first half. We have good players but they need managed by a good manager, Mowbray isn’t a good manager

Far too much slow, square passing. No urgency and poor control. We'll not win many more playing like this. So predictable!

Poor everywhere today really. An entire team dropping off performance levels. It was a risky selection that didnt pay off, but when so many players are off their level it is very difficult to do much. We probably need the world cup break now to reset, and probably do some serious work in Jan. They dont become bad players but some look shattered. Lets move on.

They wanted it more, we were too sloppy in the first half, played better in the second after Evans came on - but couldn't get the goal.

taking nothing away from cardiff here, they played well and we all knew they were going to score, cannot complain about the officials either, this was down to the lads on the pitch and them alone.

so, wrong starting line up, too many having an off day, T.M's tactics or what?

that was even worse than the boro performance and every one of those players on the pitch including the subs need to have a damn good look at themselves because they were simply not good enough and we deserved exactly what we got.

i get the impression (probably wrongly) that we set out to play a team that is short of confidence and lingering at the bottom of the league and it backfired badly, in hindsight, a terrible decision to leave both pritchard and evans out when not forced, simms honestly does not look arsed, maybe it is just 'the way he is' but sometimes you feel with a little more effort he could grab himself at least a couple more chances than he does.

first and foremost during this break i would have them in and just pass the feckin ball around over and over and over, if we can arrange it, get a couple of behind closed doors kick arounds sorted and get them moving into positions to get passed to rather than standing behind two players expecting a pass to find them, get them moving towards the ball rather than waiting for it to come to them and get them crossing balls in until they learn to get them in the right area and how to judge the flight of a ball because we are showing far too many weakness' now it is crazy...i have never swore at the telly so much in years but i guess if we look back over recent games our form has really been slipping, today showed just how far.

Mowbray has been in charge for 13 games. 12 of them without our star striker. We've won 4, drawn 4 and lost 5 in the Championship.

The idea that it's time to sack the manager is absolutely laughable.

With their age they will have matches where they aren't at it, today was terrible. Mowbray maybe could have and should have brought Evans and Pritchard on at half time but other than that not much he could have done today. Players couldn't make simple passes most the time, manager can't do much about that!

Go and read back the previous comments on matches, and see how many crawl out the woodwork at half time with the, it’s the worst we’ve ever played, never seen such crap, Mowbrays **** and should be sacked etc, or have you somehow missed them?

Not laughable mate because that result is on him today, yeah the players were ****e but he had the chance to change that team for the 2nd half and he didn’t. I had a feeling they would score an early goal in the 2nd half as we rode our luck in the first. If he cannot see that team in the first half needed changing when everyone was calling it then where is his 20 years management experience gone. He changed it 2nd half on Wednesday night so why not today when we looked worse
