The Formula Renault 3.5 champion hotshot from Canada has finally got his chance in F1 by being entered for a practice session at Abu Dhabi.

Hope to see some new blood next year with "Virgin Racing" and just kick out Glock or Ambrosio.<ok>

    Can't wait!

Glock may not have performed as well as he'd hoped this season but he is technically very good and should continue to form the mainstay of Marussia's (Virgin's) driver line-up. However, I've not been impressed by D'Ambrosia, who will probably be first to be creamed if Wickens does the bizz - as well he might.

Ambrosio has got 14th place twice this season while Glock has only got 15th at best.

Though Glock is leading by race wins...1 and has 3 more years of experience than Ambrosio.

Same situation with Buemi and Jaime, he might be leading on points, but by races they are bang on equal.

Am I the only one who thought that it was a bit unfair to chuck out DiGrassi after only 1 rookie year? Wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing happen to ol' Custard.

I thought Di Grassi was useless and deserved to be replaced. D'Ambrosio isn't much better so I wouldn't be too bothered if he was replaced.

I thought Charles Pic was on the verge of signing with Virgin, but maybe Wickens still has a chance.

It would certainly be ironic considering that DiGrassi finished in front of Glock in 2010 and Custard is currently leading him too.
