But but, we are now sending them to Rwanda aren't we? Can anybody remind me just how many "migrants" we have sent over there and roughly how much it has cost the taxpayer?
It failed because it's illegal apparently. I'm not sure who blocked it but probably either the Anti-Growth Alliance, tofu chompers or someone with a working brain.
If he had the numbers he might very well have won. If it went to the membership I could see them putting him back in tbh. It would have been chaotic, but that is modern politics for you.
I dont. Unprofessional to be honest. The media are as bad as our politicians in my opinion, so zero sympathy from me.
Whilst I am not nor have I ever been a member of the Constabulary. I have spent some time with various retired and not so retired senior police officers, wandering around a muddy field. They both have expressed surprise that certainly not more of the 'foot soldiers' of the people traffickers and a few of the generals/funders of the same have not been apprehended. They put that down up lack of cooperation between forces plus corruption. Cos' although the politicians of the UK and France might slag each other off, by and large law enforcment agencies just ignore that and gets on with the job.
Something doesn't add up. Mordaunt claimed she had enough numbers to run and win as did Johnson. Someone's lying, so no change there.
They needed 100 to run. If two got them it went to the membership. Johnson could have got 100 and Sunak 200. It would have been back to 0-0 when it went to their membership. Anyone with 100 could win.
Can't remember Penny claiming she had enough support. Boris Johnson definitely did and no amount of crying changes that fact.
And as time goes by he will become more handsome, taller, slimmer and become beatified. It is just like King Rafa and the Mags
It's amazing that someone booted out by his own colleagues is suddenly a cert to be voted back in. It's probably more realistic that he was told he'd lose or wouldn't have the backing of the party ... ... if he thought he could resurrect his reputation he'd have carried on. As things stand he's just a failed fat bloke sitting on a beach wondering what to do with his life.
As far as I am concerned he killed my Mum. I would smash his head in with a 9 iron, given the chance. He is nasty, egotistical, mendacious and has the morals of an alley cat, the fat fcuk is full of siht.
I would put money on him being told the Rishi camp would make his life difficult as PM. After all they supposedly spent time on the phone talking about working together again. It would never have worked him coming back, and Labour could have continued with their lack of coherence because the tories would have imploded even more. I still suspect the membership might have voted him in though, after a they previously rejected Sunak.
I've had the misfortune to spend a day with some of 'the membership' and wouldn't trust them to elect a pilot to fly a plane. It was at a Royal Yacht Club luncheon, on the Isle of Wight, and it was like a Monty Python sketch ... ... so detached from reality, and confused, they needed help finding their place names on the tables
