Wild is the Wind 7.5/10 South African film. The story itself is top notch throughout as are the performances, but it's let down by the ending imo. Coulda been a contender.
Loved it. 1st time you got some actual back story on screen in terms of how batman became the batman. Whole nolan trilogy is really good
It's weird, Covid half term time warp in the household so we had and episode of The Crown on by seven o clock, which she inevitably fell asleep in, so I managed to squeeze a two hour + film in before news at ten. Amazing.
You'd have to be dead inside to not fancy a go with Katie Holmes ffs. Stand by Me on at half two this afternoon, it will be watched.
Going to watch The Great Debaters tonight, recorded it from Film 4 the other day and I've never seen it.
The Woman King - 8.2 Some bad, bad women that will **** you up. I reckon the actresses must’ve gone through some intensive training before shooting it. Story itself is pretty typical of a Hollywood type film but nonetheless very enjoyable.
