The judicial overhaul would give the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, and therefore the parties in power, more control over Israel’s judiciary. You tend to focus on them being Jews, which to me is not the point. It's religion in politics which is the problem. In this case extremist Judaism. It's the same in Christianity, Islam, Hinduism.
