My prediction for this week is that it will be a difficult week for Jak. Not only have a good few of us decided to be knobs with our prediction templates, but now he has to go hunting for the predictions in between pay template discussions

True and I accept that some commercial world businesses are using them. But not to the same extent in the teaching profession.
If I am honest I believe that teachers at the lower end of the scale get a raw deal.
But when I was on a 6 year training contract as an accountant I was earning peanuts and working many hours. So even still I can’t feel sorry for them.
It all comes down to the professions. Teachers stay in teaching because they know it’s a good industry and the pay and perks stack.
In the commercial world tour just shafted left right and centre.
