In my experience they more often arrive on flights and ferries ...

... either that or as drivers mate in trucks, etc.

They can come and go as they please

Pity we can't do the 'are you any use to the country' thing with Tory MP's, and then when they inevitably fail, send them all to Rwanda <laugh>

There was an interesting bit on the radio earlier about how Tories tend to hate their own home secretaries regardless of who they are. Which tends to produce people like we've seen hold the office recently.

Under Braverman's 'dream' Boris Johnson's grandad would've been packed off to Rwanda and never seen again ...

... where was she when we really needed her <laugh>

That is the points based system the tories have implemented post Brexit. Been in place since Jan 21. Same principle as the Aussies.

A long overdue and much wanted policy which unfortunately has nothing to do with, and will not impact the asylum crisis that we are currently facing

I didn't realise that Braverman's phone had also been compromised

I can't remember the exact words so I am paraphrasing but she was asked a question in the Commons just now about her and Liz Truss' phones and she answered saying that no compromising information was taken from her phone.
*Edit* Just had a quick look FellTop and I can't find anything. I will have a look at Hansard tomorrow and see what was actually said.

This is becoming stranger than fiction now.

Braverman saying, after twelve years, that their system is a total failure and that it's actually an invasion on our South Coast ...

... she'll be quoting King Harold and the battle of Hastings before the week's out <doh>

    Cheers mate.

I have a theory (based on absolutely nowt) that most of our mobile phones are compromised in someway. Some bugger will be able to see my messages if they want to, I have no doubt.

    That's fair enough but ...

... do we get our money back?

Plans for a 3,000-job battery gigafactory in Northumberland are set to become a reality after multimillion-pound Government funding helped attract £1.7bn from private investors. Government support is stretching to ‘tens of millions of pounds’.
Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng yesterday visited the site to welcome the plans, calling Britishvolt’s plans “world beating technology”, this is a really good use of taxpayers’ money"
