I just googled the vegetable roll, that looks alright that. Although you won't catch a vegetarian anywhere near it lol.

Also square sausage that Chief mention is ok as well. Although I've never tried the seaweed.

Ive looked for recipes and its not easy to find one

 

I thought it would have been some potato cake sort of thing. Just a nice lump of meat by the looks of it and brilliant for a fry up. Have family both and Southern Ireland and never had one.

 

Quite salty in taste.

Bit of fusion tomorrow, going to use the leftover lamb and roasties and the garlic and onion that went into the bottom of the pan for the gravy to make a curry.

 

If thats lamb it looks good, slow cook shoulder?
