Good. Haven't been up that way for a while. Spent a summer working round and about Loch Lomond doing gardening and forestry.

Mmmmmm, 3 litres of white lightning £2.69 in my local shop.

    There's another niche market.

That deal at the hotel includes a complimentary bottle of champagne, reckon that may change once your booze laws come into force.. When is it happening? and how much is it going to increase the booze by??

The details of what they intend haven't been made fully clear. It won't come into force until next year.

Gambol, is that place for the alkies that was behind the Gallowgate still open?

There used to be an offy opposite Bairds bar or maybe Barrowland.

The place I mean was behind there. It lead up to Duke St.

By which time every man woman and child in Scotland will have their own warehouse complete with enough stockpiled booze to see Amy Winehouse through to lunchtime.

The Saracen Head. (The Sarry Heid).

    Still there.

I went in a couple of weeks ago for a pimms and lemonade and I asked the barman why he had sawdust on the floor.

He said "that's last night's furniture".
