Barcelona still owe transfer fees dating back years, including for players who are no longer at the club such as Philippe Coutinho, Miralem Pjanic & Neto. More than €100million of this total is due to be paid for these players in the next seven months.

Absolute mess of a club at the moment.
All their spending and they were playing bellerin RB who was decent about 5 years ago, and Marcos alonso at CB who chelsea couldn’t wait to get rid of.
They'll offer 10p on the pound and expect clubs to take it.
I'd love if someone sued them and seized assets in lieu of payment.
They should be banned from signing anyone until debts are settled; both transfer fees and wages owed. Don't think there's a rule to allow this to happen though

all clubs have debts like that though. Works well for eveyone and helped get around ffp

I can only imagine European law would allow a club or organization or individual to take them to court in Spain or elsewhere from non payment of debt.
I think they are very careful to pay the Spanish government their tax.
