Comprehensive rout in a game controlled by our midfield midget gems...

Dawson has got these lads eating out of his hands...Respect.

And some their opinions of Woods, he's been a useful signing.

Two swallows does not a summer make but, whisper it quietly, we're starting to look like a team.

I think it's also worth mentioning that Figs seems to be finding his feet again, alongside Jones. The more this lot play together the more of an understanding we will have, seems the midfield finally understands what's needed, and even Tufan when he came on showed some passion and got stuck in, seems from the outside looking in that Daws has certainly got them more focused. A work in progress yes, but definitely improving.

That was the sort of performance we probably expected when the season begun. We have some classy players and now that grafters like Woods, Docherty, Christie and Longman are up to speed we are looking much more useful. Still defensive issues but the recent progress under Dawson has been worth the wait. UTT

A break out the side did him the world of good. He was always a good defender, he was just having a really poor run of form

We are starting the games much faster
Felt like so many games it took us ahwile to 'thaw'' out and then by the time we found a groove we were chasing the game

The fab 5 are so dynamic that weve started the last 4 halves with vigour and taking the game to the opponent

Plus the shift in mentality and confidence is understated
We didnt just sink after conceding

I'm also certain that the insistence of Shota to have them playing from the back all the time knocked his confidence no end, couple that with playing in a back 3 that didn't seem to gel well will have also taken its toll.

In our Premier league days I banged out about earning the right to play and winning battles, today and midweek we won those, long may it continue.

More goals in front of a good away following and another good performance by all accounts. Pleased for the lads and Daws in particular who without doubt seems to be getting more out the players who dare I say seem to be enjoying it again.

I'd be in for that keeper in January. I think he's very, very good.

I’ve loved the last two games. The key calls by Dawson and the coaches have been playing Seri and Woods together, dropping Oscar for Longman (how many would rest the league’s top scorer), and bringing Doc back to start. Everyone played superbly and fought like tigers.

Can't get over how good that was. Atmosphere top bollock, score brilliant and a performance to be proud of. Amazing stuff. Those 3 goals in the second half were absolute beauties too, the 3rdnfrom longman was liquid football. My lad saying it's best game he's been to, fkn loved it!

Wasnt very good for Christie's goal.

Anyway we should have had 5 at least, a def pen when Oscar put it over as he was been dragged back and their lad should have seen a definite 2nd yellow and a red.

With vacancies at Wolves, Aston Villa and Bournemouth, I’m really concerned that we might not be able to hang on to Andy Dawson much longer.
