I think I have a theory about how to be Manchester United.

We all know this season that their defence is looking dodgy and leaking in goals left, right & centre.

If you look at Norwich, a bit more composure and they could of won. Last night that unknown team had a few chances.

Now Steve Bruce needs to look at this.

Target their keeper. I think David De Gea is awesome but at the moment he hasn't adjusted to the English game yet. So get Wickham and Bendtner on him.

Also Johnny Evans has looked dodgy in games. Again the two big lads can give him a rough time. In fact play the two big guys up front they could give Vidic a run for his money.

While you say play 4-5-1 to try and limit the scoring. The fact is, if we let them come at us they will score. They have amazing attacking players so there is no point.

The only way we can play is 4-4-2.

So taking that into consideration, the only changes would be Westwood > Mignolet & Bardsley > O'Shea.

HOWEVER, we could lose so the mags have no chance of getting 2nd :emoticon-0117-talki

How do you all see it??

I don't think that the defence is the weak link i think the centre of midfield is which is leaving the defence exposed. They lack a keane or scholes making things tick in the middle. id go 442 also but i can't see Bruce doing so, think he'll have 451 with sess behind bendtner.

I think if we get at them we have a chance, if Bruce bends over for fergie we'll feel the full brunt of that 6-1 loss.

Unfortunately for your theory Jonny Evans should be suspended due to being sent off against Citeh so we are doomed.

Evans played against Everton and only ended up missing the Carling cup game at Aldershot. Surprised me cos I thought straight red was 3 match ban??? Anyway if he plays all better for us at the minute. Also saw Vidic in Manchester city centre yesterday lunch with his missus and he looked like a f**king giant to be honest. Bigger than I thought he would be like. Wouldnt want to see him charging towards you for a 50-50!!!!

So, your mastermind plan to beat Manchester United is:

    1). Attack
    2). Target the keeper

Isn't that.... how you play football? Although I suppose the aim is to avoid targeting the keeper.

Judging by your games against Wolves and QPR id say the best way to win was defend, contain and hope the other teams strikers have an off day!

Most of the goals De Gea concedes come from outside the box.

I think he could be particularly susceptible to Sebs free kicks

Yeah I've seen that. Atletico Madrid are my fav team outside England and last season De Gea conceded more goals than any keeper from outside the box.

But Bruce being Bruce he probably hasn't done his homework...

That's it then, shoot from long range and target De Gea and hassle our back 4.

I wonder how Fergie will ever come up with a way of stopping that.

Rooney might as well stay at home.

On the other hand, happy anniversary Fergie, here's 6 goals for you, all the best from Wazza, Chicarito and Danny.
