Exactly, the whole striker **** doesn’t come out unless we don’t win. Its football, people get injured and teams lose games

@Sunderpitt was saying nearly every day of the window. He wasn't moaning, just pointing out we didn't need another midfielder. Imo we would be top. Create umpteen chances with very skillful players, just need someone to knock them in. onto the next

Can you honestly say that we wouldn't have more points this season with a fit stiker throughout?

    Thinks it's incredibly obvious personally.

That's not to take away from the effot of the lads mind.

Well that was frustrating. Again positives but no points The difference a striker makes but even then we caused enough problems without creating total clear cut chances. To have so much possession against one of the better teams is what we need to build on.

Not having Ross is a crying shame

Absolutely fair points. The hardest part of the game is sticking the ball in the back of the net. But what I can't understand is why we're not having a few more shots from 25 yards out. Every shot seems to be Clarke or Roberts beating 5 men before trying to curl one in

I don't really give a monkeys to be honest, we have won games without one and have lost some without one.

Would Stewart have made a difference tonight? No idea, probably yes but he would still be injured and we would have a n other up front.

Did the lads give everything tonight and at times batter them, yes they did.

Very true. I will admit it’s very entertaining to watch them skip past a few like they’re not there. Amazed that we haven’t had a penalty yet, or a team hasn’t had someone sent off yet because everyone is always fouling them, they get no protection

Seems to be this idea that if we have any bugger who happens to be a striker upfront we'll win, I didn't think that's what we were missing today. We were missing a bit of luck more than anything.

Gutted with that result, I don't mind getting beat by a better team but we were the better team tonight and two very poor decisions from the ref and linesman cost us the points.

Pissed off with that tonight. Referee an absolute joke, Blackburn dirty cheating twats. We dominated the game and came away with nothing. 0-1 win for me they didn’t put it in the net legally var would have given us a penalty - no first Blackburn goal, and chalked off the second. We would have buried the penalty probably so at worst it was 0-0.

    And blanked again.

We are controlling games and have so many creative players. We are blanking because we don't have a pivot in the centre attacking third. That's it.

Your opinion is valid and entitled, however, imo we would be top 2 if we had a striker to finish off the decent amount of chances our very skillful wingers and midfielders create several times a game. Yes we won without strikers Saturday, but you have to admit we have to try the hardest out of all the other teams to score. Onto Saturday. FTM

That was bullshit. Stone wall pen waved away and 10 seconds later some tramps hit a worldie. **** sake!

Got to question cirkins decision to haul the lad down for the free kick that led to to second. Were we really in that much danger that he had to take a card and give them a set piece?

Overall it was an enjoyable watch but the ref spoiled the game as a contest.

Yeah spot on. I know some don't like to be critical but it's rather apparent that we miss the striker. I mean any team would.

Every game we lose or draw you come out with this, give it a ****ing rest. The whole world knows you wanted a third striker. We haven't got one, it's pointless mentioning it after every game we lose or draw.

We played bloody well tonight and were unlucky
