Is Thompson seriously so bad that we can’t play him? Obviously we don’t see training but just having someone willing to pull the trigger would help.
Ft 2-0 Blackburn got all the breaks but we matched them to-night and deserved to share the points imo. It did not feel like a defeat far from it even though we had a few under par performances, OaU.

You know what tonight it one of those light bulb moments. For years, we have gone behind and given up, watched frustrated as players jogged around and didn't give a ****e. Tonight we showed exactly what TM meant when he said we won't win every game but will give it our all. I'd rather watch these lads giving their all. ****ing well played lads and unlucky

There's not 1 game in this league when we've come undone where we've looked out of our depth with these players. A good January window and injured players coming back and it could be an exciting 2nd half of the season
No PL ref should be that far away from play for our stonewall penalty. Justifies what i said earlier about not giving the game the respect it deserves.
**** it, I can take that one on the chin. It's no disgrace to lose 2-0 midweek, away to Blackburn at this point in our journey in any manner really. But it wasn't in any manner, we worked hard, had some misfortune and as with every game this season, we've been in the match. It's frustrating that we don't always get the results when we're in these games, but we'll keep getting better.
