Always remember Beckham saying it’s not that he’s a great crosser more that the attacking players know where it’s going. I can see it, and I suspect most fans can see it’s going to cross fast and hard across that 6 yard line.

Funny isn’t it, I think Bents is over rated, makes worldy saves often to make up for the fact he doesn’t control his area. I know others like him, I don’t, sorry.
I’d be surprised if he doesn’t start Max, in his after match comments NP said we could hear Max call for the ball from the bench.
Not the greatest fan either. Don’t control his penalty area enough for me and should never be captain IMO. But given the choice between the two he’s the better one.

Have to say, was a solid performance by us in that first half, West Brom have had a fair share of the ball, but all a bit powder puff.. Funny old game in it!!
Well what ever Nige and his team did since Saturday I want some of it. Chalk and cheese -Saturday to tonight. Wells and Semenyo looking good. Klose and James different gravy. Let’s hope we can keep up the intensity second half and get another goal or two. Great first half.
