It is short of nurses because only stupid people qualify as a nurse and then go to work in the NHS at the worst pay rates when they can get more money in the private sector or working as agency nurses in the NHS. There are job vacancies but no-one to fill them. Except diversity and inclusivity officers – they have no trouble finding them on three or four times a nurse’s wages. Stupid Lefties really do not understand economics at any level.
